This policy explains what information AIRZO collects when you register for Launch Access, and how that information is used.

What we collect

When you register for Launch Access we collect your first name, email address, product preference, preferred fragrance and intended quantity. If you choose to share them, we also collect your WhatsApp number and city. We record the selected introductory unit price at the time of your Launch Access registration, and any campaign or referral information available in the URL (for example UTM tags and the page you arrived from).

Why we collect it

This information lets us confirm your Launch Access registration, contact you when the product becomes available, honour your selected introductory unit price, and understand which channels bring people to AIRZO.

WhatsApp is optional

You are not required to share a WhatsApp number. If you do, we may send occasional availability and introductory-launch updates to that number in addition to email. You can ask us to remove your number at any time.

Campaign and UTM information

Campaign, UTM and referral information is used only in aggregate to understand how people find AIRZO. It is not used to build a behavioural profile of any individual visitor.

We do not sell your information

AIRZO does not sell your personal information to third parties.

Service providers

We rely on service providers for hosting, analytics and communication. These providers may process the information you submit strictly on our behalf and only to deliver the service.

Requesting deletion

You can request deletion of your Launch Access information at any time by writing to us. Once we receive your request we will remove your record.

Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated over time. Any material changes will be reflected on this page.
